12/12/2019 We had an issue with our garage door and our home warranty company sent this company out. I spoke with John on the phone before they arrived and he was very thorough about what was going to take place. When Barry showed up on time needless to say he was very helpful. They sold me a new garage door upon my request and Barry came back exactly when he said he was coming back to install it. Very fair price very good customer service. I would recommend these guys for all your garage door needs! I really appreciate it John and Barry.

3/10/2019- Ninety minutes after our garage door opener spring snapped (quite loudly) the guys from American Door Masters were here! Replaced the broken spring and advised us to apply WD-40 every couple of months (especially when the weather changes), something we never knew to do. Great service - and a great value with the coupon. Thanks so much!

They are very knowledgeable (often troubleshooting correctly over the phone before even coming out), professional, responsive and reasonably priced. Most recently, I had an issue that I called them about at 6:30pm on a Friday and they had my door fixed by 10:30am Saturday. Will continue to use for any garage door needs and recommend to others.
